Orders that never get lost
Fire to the kitchen the moment a waiter taps send. Every ticket is timestamped, owned by a named server, and voidable only inside the window you set.
Orders, tables, menu, inventory and analytics in one place. No terminals to buy, no installer, no weekend of data entry.

A real service replayed at speed: tables fill, tickets hit the kitchen rail, plates land, covers and revenue climb. Press play and watch it run.

Drag your real room into sections. Staff only see the tables they serve, so nobody picks up a ticket that is not theirs.
Eighty-six an item from your phone and it disappears from every device before the next order lands. Photos, allergens, and modifiers included.
Stock counts down as orders fire. Set a threshold per item and get told before the walk-in is empty, not after.
Covers, revenue per section, best hours, slowest movers. Every figure is exact integer currency — never a float, never a rounding drift.
Pick a period and download an Excel workbook: a summary sheet, then orders, menu, clients and inventory. It is your data — take it to your accountant, your bank, or a rival.
A waiter, a cashier and a manager are genuinely different. Discount ceilings, void limits and section assignments are enforced on the server, not hidden in the UI.
Send us a PDF or a spreadsheet. Your menu, prices and categories are live the same day — no data-entry weekend.
Place tables, name your sections, assign your staff. Most rooms take under ten minutes.
Staff log in on whatever device they already own. No terminals to buy, no installer, nothing to rack.
Move the sliders to match your room. These are estimates from onboarding measurements, not a quote — but they are close enough to be worth thirty minutes of your time.

Every plan includes unlimited staff accounts. Cancel any month; export your data whenever you like.
Almost certainly. Brigade runs in the browser, so there is nothing to ship and nothing to install. Each restaurant sets its own currency, its own decimal places and its own tax rate, and the interface ships in English, French, Spanish and Arabic — right-to-left included. We onboard restaurants across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.
No. Brigade runs in the browser on the phones and tablets your team already carries. If you own terminals they will work too — anything with a modern browser is a Brigade device.
You export it. Orders, menu, clients and inventory come out as CSV or over the API at any time, without asking us first. It is your data and we do not hold it hostage.
Only if you let them. Every user is assigned to floor sections, and the server refuses actions outside them. Managers get an explicit override permission — it is a grant, not a loophole.
A single room with a normal menu is usually live within a day of sending us the menu. Nothing needs installing, so there is no engineer visit to schedule.
Yes. You pick your currency — dollars, euros, pounds, dirhams, yen, anything with a three-letter code — and your own tax rate, so a receipt looks the way your accountant expects. Staff can each pick English, French, Spanish or Arabic, right-to-left included, so the room is not forced into one language. Our own prices are quoted in US dollars.
Thirty minutes on a call. We load your real menu into a sandbox first, so you are looking at your restaurant rather than ours. No slide deck.
Tell us where you are and we will set up a sandbox with your own menu in it. The call is a conversation about your room, not a product tour.
